Benefiting from a prominent waterfront position, the development offers expansive views, abundant natural light, and a strong connection to the surrounding environment.

The design strategy focused on maximising these advantages through careful spatial planning and the creation of open, comfortable living areas. Particular consideration was given to sightlines, natural light penetration, and the relationship between shared living spaces.

A combination of thoughtfully selected finishes, integrated storage solutions, and carefully considered lighting contributes to a calm and contemporary atmosphere throughout the home. The layout was developed to support both relaxation and practical day-to-day living.
