SPT Duplex is located in Hong Kong within a private residential development characterised by a multi-level home layout. Duplex residences provide additional opportunities for spatial separation, allowing different areas of the home to support a variety of functions while maintaining privacy and flexibility.

The design strategy focused on improving the relationship between levels while creating a cohesive and comfortable living environment. Careful planning was undertaken to optimise circulation, storage solutions, and the organisation of key living spaces throughout the residence.

Materials, lighting features, and interior finishes were selected to create visual continuity between different areas of the home while enhancing comfort and functionality. The design balances practicality with a contemporary residential aesthetic.

The completed duplex provides a flexible and well-organised living environment that supports modern lifestyles while making effective use of its multi-level layout.
