Positioned above one of Hong Kong’s most connected transport hubs, the development offers convenient access to business districts, retail destinations, and lifestyle amenities while providing residents with a premium urban living experience.

The design approach focused on creating a sophisticated home environment that complements the property’s luxury positioning. Careful spatial planning was undertaken to improve circulation between living areas while maximising functionality and comfort throughout the residence.

Material selections, lighting features, and bespoke interior details were chosen to reinforce a sense of refinement while supporting the practical requirements of everyday living. Particular attention was given to creating a balanced relationship between open social spaces and more private residential areas.

The completed interior delivers a timeless and elegant home environment that reflects the prestige of the development while supporting the demands of contemporary city living.
