Tarmac Works Office is a commercial interior project located in Hong Kong, designed to support a creative and collaborative workplace environment. Modern office spaces must accommodate a variety of work styles while providing employees with comfortable and functional settings that encourage productivity and innovation.

The design approach focused on creating an efficient workplace layout that supports both focused individual work and collaborative team activities. Careful planning was undertaken to optimise circulation, workspace organisation, meeting facilities, and communal areas throughout the office.

Materials, lighting solutions, and interior finishes were selected to create a professional yet engaging atmosphere that reflects the company’s identity and culture. The design prioritises flexibility and usability while supporting long-term workplace performance.

The completed office environment provides a contemporary workspace that encourages collaboration, supports operational efficiency, and strengthens organisational identity.
