(EN) Seekin Yancheng is a commercial interior project located outside Hong Kong, developed for a modern workplace environment where productivity, flexibility, and organisational efficiency are important priorities. Contemporary office spaces must support changing business needs while creating positive experiences for employees and visitors.

The design approach focused on creating a workplace that balances operational functionality with employee comfort. Particular attention was given to workspace planning, meeting facilities, circulation routes, and collaborative areas to support a wide range of business activities.

Materials, lighting solutions, and interior finishes were selected to establish a professional environment while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the workplace. The design supports both day-to-day efficiency and long-term adaptability.

The completed office environment provides a functional and contemporary workspace that encourages productivity while reflecting the organisation’s professional objectives.
