(EN) De Novo is located in Kai Tak, Kowloon, within a contemporary residential development that forms part of one of Hong Kong’s most significant urban regeneration districts. The area combines modern infrastructure, waterfront amenities, and strong transport connectivity, creating a residential environment designed around convenience and contemporary city living.

The design focused on creating a practical and welcoming home that maximises the efficiency of the available space while maintaining a strong sense of comfort. Particular attention was given to spatial planning, storage integration, lighting design, and the relationship between key living areas to support everyday functionality.

Materials and finishes were selected to create a cohesive residential atmosphere that complements the development’s modern architectural character. The overall design balances usability, visual appeal, and long-term flexibility to accommodate changing lifestyle needs.

The completed interior provides a comfortable and highly functional living environment that reflects the contemporary nature of Kai Tak while enhancing the experience of urban residential living.
