(EN) 616 Beef Hotpot Restaurant CWB is a commercial interior project located in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island, one of the city’s busiest retail and dining districts. Hospitality venues in this highly competitive environment must create memorable customer experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and strong brand identity.

The design approach focused on developing a welcoming dining environment that encourages guests to relax and enjoy their experience. Seating arrangements, circulation pathways, and dining zones were carefully planned to maximise comfort while supporting efficient service throughout busy operating periods.

Materials, lighting features, and interior details were selected to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that complements the restaurant’s identity. The design balances customer experience with the practical requirements of restaurant operations.

The completed interior provides a distinctive dining environment that enhances guest satisfaction while supporting the day-to-day needs of a successful hospitality business.
