(EN) Gold Coast Bay – The Reserve is located in Tuen Mun and Gold Coast, New Territories, within a private residential development setting characterised by a resort-style residential community. The development benefits from its coastal surroundings, open outlooks, and a lifestyle-oriented environment that differs from many of Hong Kong’s denser urban districts.

The design strategy focused on creating a relaxed and comfortable home that reflects the character of the surrounding location. Particular attention was given to openness, natural light, and the organisation of living spaces to support both daily living and leisure.

Material selections, storage solutions, and lighting features were integrated to enhance functionality while maintaining a calm and contemporary atmosphere throughout the residence. The design balances practicality with a strong sense of comfort and liveability.

The completed interior delivers a welcoming residential environment that complements the development’s coastal setting and supports a modern lifestyle.
